HoodVest is an alternative asset investment platform that provides fractional ownership through tokenization. HoodVest aims to democratize alternative asset investing allowing retail investors to diversify their portfolios.
We think the way real estate investing works is messed up. Rental profits are shrinking fast, getting into it is hard and takes up a lot of time, and you need a ton of money to get started. Our goal is to make it way easier for anyone to become a real estate investor and create a whole new way of investing in awesome vacation rentals by sharing ownership with others.
